By accessing the BUDOVA website or using any BUDOVA resources (datasets, models, code), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our resources.

BUDOVA (Building Ukrainian Domain-Specific, Open Voice & Text Archives) is a research project by KNUCA AI Lab at Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, funded through the LINGUA Open Call by Microsoft AI for Good Lab under the EU Digital Unlock program.

You may use our website for informational and research purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract content beyond what is publicly available via our APIs or datasets
• Misrepresent your affiliation with the BUDOVA project

BUDOVA datasets are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license. You are free to:

• Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
• Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use

Under the following terms:

• Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made
• No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that restrict others from doing anything the license permits

Baseline models developed by BUDOVA are released under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute the models, including for commercial purposes, subject to the conditions of the Apache 2.0 license.

All code, processing pipelines, and utilities are released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software.

When using BUDOVA resources in research or publications, please cite the project using the BibTeX reference provided on our website. Proper attribution supports the sustainability of open research projects.

BUDOVA resources are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that datasets are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of BUDOVA resources is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Ukraine, KNUCA and the BUDOVA project team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use BUDOVA resources.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Kyiv, Ukraine.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of BUDOVA resources after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
